Cover up in style this winter with this effortlessly chic cream waterfall blanket coat from Forever New.

Autumn has arrived, there is a distinct chill in the air set against a beautiful autumnal backdrop. Vibrant hues of burnt orange, burgundy, yellow, red and browns have transformed the trees into a magnificent colourful display making Autumn one of my favourite seasons. I love walking along the path and hearing the crisp crunch of fresh leaves that have shed from the trees above, marking the end of Summer and time to invest in Autumn Winter cosy layers such as this beautiful porcelain waterfall blanket coat.

Off duty weekend adventures call for easy combinations of winter white mixed with cream and rich gold to create the perfect feminine transitional look, that is elegant yet functional. Investing in classic styles such as the waterfall blanket coat is the perfect way to ensure that your coat will last you for a few years to come. The good news is that this statement coat is also available in black for those who find it hard to keep cream and white clean.

I advise layering luxurious textures by combining wool and knits as this is key to keeping warm in winter. As we transition into the colder months white in heavier fabrics is ideal to create a feminine fresh look. If you aren’t ready just yet to start wearing black this is the perfect alternative for you to stay cosy and enjoy the beautiful Autumn.

Faux fur would also add texture to this look and I have already invested in a beautiful cream faux fur stole from Forever New to accessories my winter wardrobe.

Stay tuned for my next edit featuring the statement coat to give your wardrobe a burst of colour and the new season trend the blanket cape that will keep you looking relevant and on trend.

I hope you have enjoyed this look and please get in touch if you would like more Autumn Winter suggestions or would like to see something featured on here.
