I’ve been living in Perth for six months now and can’t believe how time has flown. Life abroad is exciting, but difficult at times. If you follow me on Instagram you will see images of my daily life as an expat. Perth is a colourful city and so far a great experience. It’s been difficult not seeing my family and friends, especially when you miss important mile stones in their lives, but it is better to miss these occasions and travel now rather than never travelling at all.
In my recent style post I mentioned that I try and escape to the beach as much as possible. There is something so special about looking out at the ocean. Walk the beach and let go of all your worries and freshen up your mind with that costal breeze. One of my favourite things in Perth is to go running or walking on the beach in the evening after work, it just instills in me why I moved abroad.
Dungarees are a highly covetable item for the past few seasons.I found these Dungarees in Supre. They are so versatile and you can add your own twist on how you want to wear them.
Dungarees are an ideal summer and winter staple. Yes Winter! Hear me out…wear tights! Ta dah..automatically you have turned your summer staples into a chic winter look. They are perfect for a sun holiday as they are easy to wear, practical yet functional.
Recently I have noticed them being styled with heels and a sharp styled blazer for a chic day to evening look, I’m eager to try this look next. My white flower crown is from Australian Accessories shop Lovisa. Lovisa stocks everything from statement jewellery, midi rings and hair accessories at great prices.
My cardigan is from Australian store Valleygirl. I love the combination of a chunky knit and denim for a romantic girly look.
